Absolutely excellent. Also, very useful content to discuss with young people.

Love this resource! In today's lockdown, where students are suffering from anxiety and depression it is more relevant than ever.

I think this is an excellent resource. Today I looked at the 1820 letter with IB English Language B students and then asked them to think about which of the 20 suggestions they would make today if they were trying to help a depressed friend, and which they would not, and why. We had a really good discussion. We will be looking at Stephen Fry's letter tomorrow.
