2, 4, 6, 8 ... time to differentiate

Part of the beauty of a Teachit resource is that it's yours for the tweaking (assuming you're a member).  All the same, adapting mainstream English resources for pupils with SEN takes a certain nous and know-how and not everyone has the expertise, let alone the time. So we've added differentiated versions, specially created for SEN students, to a collection of our resources. 
                                   We hope you find them useful.

Some things to consider when adapting resources for students with SEN

• Visual impact - is there too much text?
• Reading level - is it appropriate?
• Do questions need restructuring?
• Would more scaffolding be helpful?
• Can you give examples or a set number of answers for pupils to choose from?
