This resource includes links to a range of videos of young children speaking to a caregiver, with 10 engaging pick and mix activities to choose from, depending on their suitability for your students.

Focusing on child language acquisition and development from age 0-5, the tasks also encourage students to consider key linguistic theories (Chomsky, Halliday, Dore, Bruner, Skinner etc.), the ethics of working with such data and the role of caretaker language in children's acquisition.
