Review this resourceI used this resource with a student firstly to identify language techniques from the passage then completing the table to explain the effects. My student (ASD and homeschooled for some time) found the extract engaging but struggled to say how each example achieved effects. They were able to do this with supportive discussion. The resource is well presented and engaging. Perhaps an example in the 3rd column could enable less able students to access the complete task without teacher support. Thank you very much for sharing.
