A set of 10 sample, past paper style questions to help to prepare students for Section C of the AQA A-level English Literature B, Aspects of tragedy paper.

This resource enables students preparing for AQA A Level English Literature B to consolidate their knowledge and understanding of set texts, including Othello by William Shakespeare and Death of a Salesman by Arthur Miller.

Students can use the questions to build confidence in their exploration of tragedy, one of the key literary genres studied at English Literature A Level.

Ideal for timed exam practice, essay planning and revision, these questions are written in an exam question format for Paper 1A of AQA English Literature specification B. Paper 1B focuses on aspects of comedy.
