Diagon Alley activities

A set of comprehension questions and persuasive writing tasks based on J. K. Rowling's Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. Children are asked information retrieval questions about Harry's experience in Diagon Alley, then to create an advert and to write some dialogue in which a customer is persuaded to buy a broom.
