We used this for a Y6 taster lesson, it was very good. Also have been using as a last, end-of-year lesson and gets them thinking - both geographical and creative.

Nice looking idea. Would be good to set the students for a home learning extension task. Looking forward to using it!

Can't wait to try this with yr 7 after half term and a nice way to get back into the swing of things!I'm going to start with a group quiz on OS symbols ( 10 of the ones they mention in the story) and go from there. Could possible make large scale maps, 1 per table group too.

I will be using this resource towards the end of this term with a group who have been looking at settlements combined with map skills.
