This worksheet helps students analyse food labels. Provide students with a range of food labels or ask them to bring some in. The first task encourages students to look at the ingredient list and find out various things from them such as the amount of fats, protein and carbohydrates in the food. 

The second task provides a higher challenge for students to find out the purpose of different food additives. Both tasks have an opportunity for extended writing as they have a six mark question.
