Revision speed dating

An engaging revision activity that could be used as a starter for any key stage, ability or topic.

Each student in the class needs a pen, paper and a card with a keyword, concept, or scientist related to the topic on it. Half of the class are 'sitters' and the rest 'movers'.

When the timer begins the sitter and mover must try to find out what or who the other student is - they can only answer questions with 'yes' or 'no'. Teachit Timer can be used to keep the activity moving.
