New Zealand earthquake, 2011
This resource focuses on the earthquake in New Zealand in 2011. Students firstly identify why New Zealand experiences tectonic hazards by looking at its location. They then complete a card sort classifying the causes, impacts and responses to the earthquake in 2011. Students can then choose how they learn best to summarise this case study material. The resource includes teaching notes with answers.
