Investigation planning template
A simple organiser template to help students at any key stage to structure their planning of an investigation.
Students can write the question that they are going to investigate in the central box. Around the outside are six boxes background science, aim, variables, equipment, method and diagram, each with plenty of space for students to write down their ideas.

Brilliant as the school introduces a more active appraoch to learning. I will use it to facilitate and guide them to think more like a scientist.
