Factors that affect food supplies
A resource identifying the factors which affect food supply. Students begin by looking at two examples: South Sudan and the influence of conflict and Mongolia and the impact of climate change and poverty.
Students complete a definitions activity, matching up the human and physical factors affecting food supply to their correct definition. Then they should attempt to answer an exam-style question, a writing frame is included if required. They then become the examiner, marking an example answer and giving feedback.
