This French 'describe and draw' activity is great speaking practice for describing pictures, particularly clothes. Students work in pairs, describing the pictures provided to their partner, who listens carefully to draw what they hear.
There are two, differentiated, speaking frames provided for this activity, one with English translations provided as support. Students can then design their own outfits, using the templates provided, and write a detailed description of the clothes.

To teach my niece the different words for clothes etc and the difference usage between "avoir" and "porter " when describing clothes and body descriptions.
