Contrasting rock types

This resource explores the differences between two key British rock types, granite and chalk. Students complete a card sort of the different characteristics of the two rock types. This could be used to support the Distinctive Landscapes unit of OCR B Geography GCSE but would be useful for any unit on geology at KS3 or KS4.
