This resource explores key features of a description through adjectives, verbs and adverbs.
Children look at a setting description wagoll as a model and identify all the descriptive phrases. They then choose effective verbs, adjectives and adverbs to improve a list of sentences. This is an ideal primer for children writing their own setting descriptions.
