I enjoy writing my own resources, I like the sense of ownership and pride it gives me but I'm also very grateful when I can use other people's resources as well, especially when things are busy. I had a moment of pride recently when my daughter came home from school with one of my resources her teacher had coincidentally found on Teachit. I think she was secretly quite proud too!

Having been a classroom teacher in Secondary schools for over 23 years, I now tutor full-time after making the decision in 2020 to leave working in schools. I'm very lucky to have worked in with some fantastic pupils in schools and now I get to work one to one with pupils which is very rewarding.
