L'emploi du temps

This French resource is all about school subjects and how to talk about the school day. It starts with a French timetable that students can compare to their own, to prompt a discussion of similarities and differences. There are some comprehension questions in English, based on this timetable.

Students then complete some gapped sentences to describe their own timetable in French. This is followed by a 'word snake' activity, where they must identify where the spaces between words should go. These sentences give opinions of different subjects.

There are two short writing tasks and students are encouraged to use the word 'ça' to avoid repetition. Answers are included.
