This is a lovely resource to get children thinking about what they read, when and why. It includes questions about genres, favourite books, characters and authors. It finishes by asking what reading means to the child.
A great resource for World Book Day or at any point in the year to prompt a discussion about reading.
Sample questions from the resource:
If you were castaway on a desert island, which book would you take with you?
If you could meet and talk to any book character, who would you like to meet and why?
Do you read biographies or autobiographies?
Is there an author you'd like to meet? Who?
