Most of the resources in our ESOL collection are suitable for adult learners at pre-Entry and Entry 1 as they tend to focus on basic literacy, phonics and simple everyday words and expressions. However, there are also resources for learners through to Level 3, including activities suitable for preparing for Skills for Life exams.

All the resources selected here avoid topics that would be inappropriate because of learners' domestic and financial situations or that could cause distress to immigrants who have lived through traumatic events.
