You’ll find worksheets and activities to help them understand all about OS maps and map reading, from map symbols to four-figure grid references and six-figure grid references, understanding contour lines and measuring distance.
As well as teaching resources on Ordnance Survey maps, there are activities on compass directions and latitude and longitude to practise atlas skills.
