About the speaker:

Zahara Chowdhury is currently EDI Business Partner at Buckinghamshire New University and a former Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing at a girls' grammar school. She is also the founder of the School Should Be blog and podcast and an experienced Head of English.
