Diversify

Diversify covers a wide range of social inclusion and awareness topics, dealing with issues identified by education professionals, Ofsted, DfE, public bodies and the government as well as current concerns within schools and the wider society.

At Diversify, they want everyone to be open to conversation and understanding. They strongly believe that bias and prejudice are taught. Children are impressionable from their home environment, peers, and social media, which can lead to closed opinions and unconscious bias. Diversify gives children a looking glass into other worlds and allow them to develop empathy and understanding of lives they may not have come into contact with. By providing different points of view and experiences, they break down the echo chamber they live within - society as a whole will benefit from their work.
