Kidscape

Kidscape is a national, award-winning bullying prevention charity. They provide practical support, training and advice to schools, parents/carers and young people to help to challenge bullying and protect young lives.

Kidscape deliver ‘ZAP’ assertiveness workshops in schools to help equip children to recognise and respond positively to bullying situations. They also run a Peer Mentoring programme, where children are matched in one-on-one friendships so that they can provide support and serve as positive role models. Kidscape’s support is effective: after ZAP workshops in schools, 93% children say they feel more able to be assertive.
