A sample extract from the resource:

My weekly self-care checklist

Physical wellbeing

I got 7–8 hours of sleep on most nights.

I drank enough water during the school day.

I ate regular, nutritious meals rather than skipping breaks.

I moved my body at least 3 times this week (walk, gym, yoga, sport, etc.).

I took at least one proper lunch break away from my desk.

I spent some time outdoors.

Emotional wellbeing

I checked in with how I was feeling this week.

I practised mindfulness, breathing exercises, prayer, or reflection.

I celebrated at least one success, no matter how small.

I showed myself the same kindness I would offer a colleague.

I made time for something I genuinely enjoy.

I took a break without feeling guilty.
