All change in the industrial landscape in Oldham

This resource looks at industrial change in an urban area using image analysis skills. Students study a 1936 aerial photograph of a cotton mill and consider the 5Ws. This is then compared to a modern satellite image of the same area. An extension task uses the images to identify physical & human features and the changes which have affected the area. Further investigation ideas and teaching notes are included within the resource.
