The extent of the desertification problem

A geography skills resource looking at the global spread of desertification. The resource includes a mapping task to show the location of places vulnerable to desertification, they should then aim to complete an exam-style question to describe this map. They should then annotate this map with facts and figures about desertification. Students then complete a second mapping task using proportional pie charts to show the causes of soil degredation by continent.
