League of Nations – shark attack

This is a really creative activity that asks students to compare the extent of the threat which different factors presented to the League of Nations, by drawing sharks with different levels of ferocity! The bigger the teeth- the bigger the threat to the League. The activity can be scaled to suit small groups or a whole class and provides an engaging way for GCSE students to grapple with the enquiry question 'Was the League of Nations doomed to failure?'
