This is a simple guided reading activity for GCSE students. They read a detailed explanation of the failed peace talks, the pressure on North Vietnam and the consequent bombing campaigns of 1972. This would make a great flipped learning activity. Students could also be encouraged to use dual-coding techniques alongside this activity.
