This KS3 resource is an engaging introduction to distance-time graphs. There are five distance-time graphs for students to interpret and write a description of what each one is showing. There examples of moving at a constant speed, standing stationary, and acceleration.

In the extension task, they are given a description of a journey from which to sketch a distance-time graph. The answers are included.
