Forces and motion – revision carousel

This is a very popular circus activity developed as a forces revision session for a KS3 class. Students form groups of four and each student has a different role within the group - facilitator, timekeeper, quality checker and resource manager. 

It contains seven different workstations and extension activities. At each station, there is a set of cards, including a task card, picture cards, extension activity and a hints card.

It covers balanced and unbalanced forces, force diagrams, types of forces and their effects, distance/time graphs and relative motion.
