Magnets – missing vowels

This magnets resource is a very simple idea which could be used as a starter or plenary activity with KS3 students.

Students are given a list of keywords that have the vowels removed they are asked to identify them and write a definition or description for each. They could work individually or in pairs to refine their descriptions.

It is a quick and easy idea for an activity that could be adapted for any topic or set of keywords.
