This colourful PowerPoint introduces and practises Spanish weather phrases in the present tense. It starts with flashcard slides to drill 12 different types of weather. These are then reviewed, with a focus on the different verbs used.

Print off the a map of different types of weather in Spain to use with the questions on the last two slides – or project the map and read out the questions as a plenary activity. Answers will appear on the PowerPoint.
