Si yo ganara la lotería …

This Spanish PowerPoint introduces the concept and formation of the conditional tense in the context of 'if I won the lottery'. It includes regular and some common irregular verbs, with grammar notes, conjugation practice and a 'trapdoor' or 'mind reader' speaking activity which practises reading aloud.

It also offers model texts at three levels, to show students how they can improve their written and spoken work on the topic. Finally, there are two slides of essential ingredients to support paired speaking or individual writing. These are differentiated, with the option of English translations for each phrase.
