Two-factor authentication for Teachit payments

New banking regulations require two-factor authentication for credit and debit card payments. In many cases, this includes renewal payments for subscriptions that were started before the new requirement. In order to ensure that your renewal payment will succeed when your renewal payment date arrives, we are requesting that you re-enter your payment card details on your account now.

During this process, you may be required to confirm your identity to allow the card verification to proceed. The method for confirming your identity depends upon your bank. Many users receive a code on their mobile phone or an email asking them to confirm that they are the person providing the card.

This extra step is called Strong Customer Authentication. It is from your bank for added security. Not all customers will receive the identity verification prompt when a card is entered, but many will.

To update your card, please click here to view your subscription. Click the "Update Billing Info" link to re-enter your card or to provide a new card that you wish to use at renewal time.

We are requesting that you complete this step now so that your subscription will continue uninterrupted at renewal time.

A banner will appear at the top of your account until your subscription's card details have been updated because this is an important step. The banner will no longer appear after you have updated your card. Thank you very much.
