Looking after yourself during exams
These top tips for coping with exam stress have been written by the Mental Health Foundation's Young Leaders - young people who have recently been through GCSEs and A-levels themselves.
These simple and accessible tips are featured on separate 'postcards' which can be stuck into books or onto pinboards and feature space for students to make their own notes. Each tip also features a QR code that can be scanned for further resources or information.

Sample tips from the resource:
1. Being kind to yourself can start with the little things, like giving yourself a moment to breathe. If you begin to doubt yourself or feel frustrated, remember to be patient with yourself, and use kind language.
