The darkness downstairs

A lesson plan for a simple creative writing activity where students continue a narrative using only two senses. The teaching guidance includes:

• a starter activity where students take each sense in turn and imagine their impression of a room or a box
• an ultimatum where students choose the sense they value most
• a narrative writing task.
