A self-assessment and reflection questionnaire for KS3-5 students to consider their progress, achievements and attitude in English lessons, assessments and exams.
Designed for students to reflect on their progress in English, you could use it following GCSE mocks in year 11 or A-level mocks in year 13, or after end-of-year exams or summative assessments.
Students' responses could also be used to inform seating arrangements and curriculum or lesson planning. It also provides an opportunity for students to highlight issues they might prefer to share on paper.
