What happened during Hurricane Florence?

Students recap (or learn for the first time) where and how tropical storms form. They are they introduced to Hurricane Florence, and they plot the track of the hurricane using latitude and longitude, giving them the opportunity to practise important geographical skills. They then categorise the causes, effects and responses of this tropical storm. An assessment question with model answer is included.
