German pass the parcel speaking game
This speaking activity is based on the party game pass the parcel and is designed to get your students asking and answering questions. The questions provided are examples only as the activity is easily adaptable to any topic or level.
You will need to play some German music for this activity. Cut up the questions you want to use and pop them into a bag or box, which can be passed around until the music stops. A question can then be drawn out and answered in the target language.
This resource could also be used as an ice-breaker activity with a new class at the start of term or as a fun way to revise for the general conversation part of GCSE speaking exams.

Review this resourceIt was a great idea. I just used this version for (relative) beginners and I adapted the idea for pupils who have been studying the language for longer. It was really popular!
