Description
Students are presented with the decisions Charles I faced in the years before the Civil War and consider what they would have done. The scenarios include Charles' first speech to parliament, the development of his relationship with Buckingham and whether to sign the Petition of Rights. In each case, the PowerPoint guides students through a range of options and them summarises what actually happened, so the context of the English Civil War is summarised in an entertaining way!
