This resource provides extended practice describing pictures in a way that is both thorough and fun. It also offers the opportunity to discuss gender diversity and diverse families/relationships.
Learning objectives:
- to practise using a range of language when speaking/writing (‘hay’, quantifiers, opinion phrases, reasons)
- to improve written and/or spoken fluency, reducing reliance on prompts
- to analyse a picture and describe it in the target language with moderate to limited support.
