Formula pi finals at the Geometrack!
A fantastic set of activities based around a race track, requiring students to calculate areas and arc lengths of sectors of circles and includes a mixture of other topics.
The resource provides four levels of differentiation depending on which worksheets and hint sheets are given to students and allows teachers to add or change tasks to fit the group.
Teaching notes and answers are included.

Great resource! Quite difficult so only for the higher learners, but good fun!

My class enjoyed this task, although they thought the speeds in the last section were a little unrealistic!
