Food hygiene

An excellent whole class, active learning resource.

Each student is an expert about an aspect of food hygiene and gathers information to feedback to their homegroup. Experts for each group include a pest control adviser, environmental health officer, GP, microbiologist and a kitchen hygienist.

Each expert is provided with an information sheet and a set of questions. Once each expert has answered their questions they return to their group where they complete a group question sheet that requires input from all of the experts.

It is a great activity for promoting cooperation and teamwork where everyone has to contribute.
