Los animales y los colores
Introduce adjective agreement rules in Spanish, using animals and colours. By projecting the pictures of the pets, you can elicit or practise the animal names in both singular and plural forms, before drilling the correct form of the colours. Invite students to notice the differences and explain them in their own words.
They can then complete the table on page 2, adding endings to the various adjectives if they are needed, to agree with feminine and masculine nouns in both singular and plural forms. Answers are provided.
