Dr Sarah Moseley has over 30 years’ experience within special and mainstream education, as a teaching assistant, headteacher, writer and researcher. She has a PhD in Special Education, and presents nationally and internationally at conferences on SEND and school improvement. Sarah aims to bridge the gap between theory and learning, to create a culture where high expectations lead to improved outcomes for all pupils.

Kate Browning is an independent SEND Consultant focusing on school improvement for SEND. She has over 20 years of experience as a teacher, SENCo, Local Authority SEN officer. She also contributed to nationwide SEND training with the Department for Education while working for NASEN.
She now works with a range of schools to improve outcomes for children and young people with SEND. Kate also teaches the National Award for SEN Coordination, facilitates SENCo networks across the Midlands and is an associate lecturer on SEND for Warwick University, Northampton University and Derby University.
