What is the UEFA Women's Euro 2025 competition?

The 2025 UEFA European Women's Football Championship, commonly known as UEFA Women's Euro 2025, is the premier women's football event organised by the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA). This will be the 14th edition of the Women's UEFA European Championship. The competition will bring together 16 top national teams from across Europe, all competing for the championship title. The tournament will take place across eight venues in Switzerland, from Basel to Zurich, marking Switzerland's first time hosting a major women's football championship.
