Marking cells

An engaging resource in which students mark some responses to questions about diagrams of cells. There are some common errors that are highlighted. Students are asked to describe and correct the errors and award marks.
The first two questions are responses to animal and plant cell diagrams, the next four are about specialised cells (red blood cell, sperm cell, guard cell and root hair cell adaptations) and the final one is about a cross-section of a leaf. Perfect for stimulating class discussion and asking students to refine model answers for each question.
Suggested answers are included.
