L'élève parfait

The aim of this French resource is for students to consider and discuss what makes a good student. It's designed for the start of the school year and would be ideal for the first lesson with a new group.

Starting with a diamond nine activity, students rank the French statements according to their importance. They can then use the key phrases provided to write about the three most important qualities of a good student, in their own view. Finally, they discuss their opinions in small groups.
