School translation assessment

Designed for year 7 students as an end of unit test, this translation assessment is from French to English, on the school topic. There is a choice of three texts, differentiated by level (bronze, silver and gold). Students could choose their preferred level. Each comes with a detailed mark scheme, which could be used for self or peer assessment purposes.

The translations include school subjects, opinions and reasons, times, details of the school day and uniform. Answers are provided.
