Contributor: Ruth Shivas
This lesson is designed to introduce students to working with interpretations for Edexcel GCSE history, in the context of Weimar and Nazi Germany. Students will be able to define what an interpretation is and understand the importance of using evidence to evaluate sources. They will analyse and compare two interpretations of why there was growth in Nazi support between 1929-1932.
The PowerPoint is accompanied by a Word worksheet and includes an exam-style question for Paper 3 – Modern depth study.
